Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused or defective products.
Items must be in original packaging with proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued once your returned product is inspected and approved.
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact info@thegrillkurian.co within 7 days with photos of the issue.
We’ll send a replacement or process a refund promptly.
4. Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. Please contact us before sending an exchange.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Used, altered, or intentionally damaged products are not eligible for return.
